Tri for Real Olympic triathlon

Fun on the podium! Finished third in my age group at 2:10, my fastest Oly ever. Girl was in a kayak making sure the swimmers stayed on top of the water.

Ghost town.

Bodie, California is located on the Eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada, SE of Lake Tahoe. It is now a California State Park, and once was a huge mining town located in the high desert. Great place to watch the sunset. A recent shoot for "Viewfinder" landed us there for a few days....

Devil Mountain Double Century

Devil Mountain Double Century begins in San Ramon, California and has 20,000 ft. of climbing. The route climbs Mt. Diablo at sunrise, Altamont Pass, Mt. Hamilton, Morgan Territory, and Sierra Road. Of the seven doubles I've completed this one is my favorite. Pictures include; climbing Mt. Diablo, climbing Mt. Hamilton, night riding at mile 185, outside the finish "suite" at the San Ramon Marriot. Yum.
